Who we are
This website is operated by Aura International Trading PLC, a company registered in Ethiopia, with its office in front of Bole Printing Press, New Building, 2nd floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Aura International Trading PLC.
What this website is
This website describes the products we export and the machinery we import. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a contract, and no part of it creates any obligation on either of us.
Product information and specification
We do not publish fixed grades or figures on this website. Product specification is agreed in writing for each contract and confirmed against a sample before shipment. Any description here is a general description of a crop, not a warranty of the goods you will receive. The contract you sign, and the specification attached to it, are the only documents that bind us on quality.
Quotations and contracts
A quotation we send is valid only for the period stated in it, and it is subject to the goods being unsold and to the crop being available. A contract exists between us only when it is agreed in writing on both sides.
Using this website
You may read, print and share pages of this website for your own business purposes. You may not:
- copy or republish any part of it as your own material,
- use it in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it,
- attempt to gain access to any part of it, or to any server or account connected to it, that is not made available to you.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and the courts of Ethiopia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Terms agreed in an individual sale contract, including any arbitration clause, take precedence over this section for that contract.
Export controls and sanctions
Any contract we enter is subject to the export and import law of Ethiopia and of the destination country. We do not trade where doing so would breach a sanction that applies to us or to the goods.
