An Ethiopian trading house, in Addis Ababa.
Aura International Trading PLC exports Ethiopian oilseed to international buyers and imports industrial and construction machinery into Ethiopia. The office is in Addis Ababa. The seed comes from farms and cooperatives we buy from directly. CONFIRM: trading since 20XX
To provide high-quality Ethiopian oil seeds to international markets while supporting local farmers and maintaining sustainable trade practices.
Our mission
To become a leading exporter of Ethiopian agricultural products recognized for quality, transparency, and reliability.
Our vision
Four, and we are held to them.
Integrity in every transaction
The grade in the contract is the grade in the container. If something changes, you hear it from us before you find it at your port.
Commitment to quality
Cleaning, grading, moisture control and inspection before loading, on every lot, not on the ones that get checked.
Sustainable sourcing
Direct relationships with farmers and cooperatives, fair trade practices, and support for sustainable farming methods.
Customer satisfaction
One point of contact from the quote to the arrival. We answer in one working day, in English or Amharic.
We buy from the people who grow it.
Buying direct from farmers and cooperatives is not a story we tell about ourselves. It is how the quality is controlled. When you know which farm a lot came from, you can do something about it when the grade drifts. When you buy through three hands, you cannot.
- Direct relationships with farmers and cooperatives
- Fair trade practices
- Encouragement of sustainable farming methods
- Known origin on every lot we buy
Part of something larger.
Aura International Trading PLC sits inside a group that also runs Advanced General Contractor, a Grade One Ethiopian construction company, alongside other businesses. That matters here for one reason: the machinery import division has real builders inside the group who use what it brings in.
