The Ethiopian types
- HUMERAWhite, high oil content. The premium Ethiopian grade, sought by tahini and confectionery buyers.
- GONDARWhitish, high oil content. Widely traded.
- WOLLEGAMixed reddish to brown colour. Used mainly for oil extraction.

How we handle it
Sourced direct from farmers and cooperatives, cleaned and graded to the contract, bagged, and inspected before loading. The route and the document set are the same for every oilseed we ship, and both are set out on the farm to port page.
